Q. There are multiple issues with my device, do you offer repair bundles?
Sure we do please just give us a call at 02-8283-9516 and we will see what we can set up for you.

Q. So I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can I send it to you and have you finish the repair?
Absolutely, we do that all the time for customers. We quote you before beginning any work.

Q. Do you repair any other kind of phones?
Of course! If you have managed to break your cell phone, odds are we can fix it. Browse our repair services.

Q. Do you repair phone only?
No, we repair all kinds of electronic devices.

Q. Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?
Yes, almost all of our repairs carry a warranty up to 12 months.

Q. Do you need my SIM Card?
No, we have our own SIM cards to test the phone with.

Q. Do you need my pass code?
Yes we do. If there is a pass code on the phone it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your pass code with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions including but not limited to; the camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed.

Q. Do you repair liquid damaged devices?
Yes, Water damage repair generally takes up to 72 hours to complete depending on the level of damage. This estimate can vary however depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components.

Q. After dropping my phone it has become unresponsive to touch, does the glass repair fix this issue?
No, if you cannot see any damages on the glass, you device might have damage in the LCD.

Q. How do I know if I need the LCD repair or not?
If the actual screen of the phone is bleeding, white, or has any dead pixels then you’re going to need to select the LCD & Glass option as the LCD has suffered irreversible damage. Still not sure? Q. The glass on my iPhone is completely shattered and is chipping off, is the glass replacement service all I need?
Yes, the glass replacement service will replace the entire glass face, so the extent of the damage to the previous glass does not matter.

Q. Are your parts Original?
All company like Apple, Samsung, Sony, HTC etc. do not manufacture any parts. They are only a design and engineering company. The parts they uses in their devices bought from Chinese vendors and assembled in China. Many of the parts we use come from the similar vendors in China. So though we cannot claim that our parts are “from Apple” they are manufactured to the same strict OEM specifications and we are often unable to tell the difference.

Q. Can I claim my warranty any store?
Yes, you can visit any of our location to claim your device warranty.

Q. Can my phone be repaired while I wait in one of your locations?
Almost all repairs can be completed while you wait in 30 minutes or less by one of our experienced technicians. The only repair that cannot be completed while you wait is the water damaged repair service and the devices needs extra care.

Q. Are the prices the same in all repair locations and online?
Yes, all prices found on our website are the same at all our local repair locations.

Q. Do I need to make an appointment to bring my device into one of your repair locations?
No appointment is needed. Simply stop by during our hours of operation and we will be happy to assist you with any repair needed.
